Dietary caller remote volunteer (Lambeth)

To ensure we have a fully staffed team calling all clients referred to us to establish their food parcels needs and wants. To confirm delivery or collection options. This is part of our service to help provide the best parcels we can to clients and where possible provide culturally appropriate food items. This role is often the first point of call a client has with a member of the foodbank team so we are keen to providing a welcome and supportive call. You will be provided with access to a call service we use and some basic level of IT is required.
