Driver Buddy (Leeds NW Foodbank)

At the Trussell Trust, we run a range of social enterprise projects. Supported by a small staff team, the projects rely on volunteers to operate. Many of the volunteers are on a journey back into work, gaining valuable experience and building confidence.

To meet our safeguarding responsibilities, we need a driver buddy to accompany a driver on any collection from or delivery to a client or donor address.

We are looking for a committed volunteer to assist our Monday morning driver in supermarket collections. The role can be quite physically demanding as it involves moving full crates of food.
