Warehouse assistant (Tottenham Food Bank (N15) - Warehouse Assistant)

Acting as the link between food donations coming in and reaching those in crisis, you’ll support the smooth running of your local food bank. You’ll be part of a team sorting and packing food and additional items in the warehouse. You’ll be organised and have an eye for detail; this includes checking and sorting food by date and type. This is a physical role as you’ll be on your feet a lot and you must be comfortable with some heavy lifting and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse. Working as part of a team and individually. Shifts (of approx 2 hours) can be between 10am and 6pm on Mondays and 11am and 7pm on Thursdays. We generally receive a high number of applications so would ask that you live locally.
