Session Volunteer (Foodbank Cafe Helper - Newport)

We are seeking foodbank session volunteers for our new venue in Newport, which is open 2 - 4 on Wednesdays and Fridays. Our volunteers play a vital role giving direct support to people who use Newport foodbank, meeting and greeting people coming into the foodbank, packing their food parcels, making them feel comfortable and providing further signposting support where appropriate.

In this role you can make a real difference to people’s lives providing vital help and support to those in crisis in your local community. You will also be part of a friendly, supportive team.
